Dual Phase Make Up Remover 8.4 Fl.oz

A 2-phase formula that removes all types of (waterproof) makeup including lipstick without leaving a greasy film. The upper oil phase removes and dissolves all make-up while the lower water phase cleanses and tonifies the skin, so that the sensitive skin around the eyes and eyelashes are treated and refreshed at the same time.

The upper phase contains vitamins E and B5. The lower phase contains water enriched with essential minerals from the Dead Sea and moisturizing and softening ingredients such as witch hazel and chamomile. The two parts are joined together in a highly efficient liquid make-up remover. 

Also suitable for contact lens wearers! 

Suggested usage: Shake well before use. Clean each eye separately with a damp cotton pad and gently remove the make-up. Clean the lips with a damp cotton pad and rinse with cold water.
