Eczema Foot Treatment - Dead Sea Salt + Mud Foot Cream + Peeling Soap

Peeling Soap: This peeling soap gives a deep cleansing to the skin and has a restoring effect (removes dirt and brings back oil and minerals).

Dead Sea Salt : Dissolve 250 g of salt in 750 ml of water, put this in a plastic bottle and place it in the bathroom. In this way you create a salt water lotion with the same concentration as that of the Dead Sea.

Every evening soak a cotton sock in the salt water lotion and wear this for 15-20 min. You can put a plastic bag around it or put the feet in a bucket (eg during watching TV). In this way, the highly concentrated salt water stays on the skin for a long time as a compress and you use as little lotion as possible. 

If you prefer a foot bath, keep the ratio 1 to 3 (so 1 part of dead sea salt on 3 parts of water).

With a jar of Dead Sea salt (1.2 kg) you make a small 5 liter salt water lotion. Shelf life is infinite.

After washing/contact with the Dead Sea lotion the salt will and burn on the skin causing the itching to decrease. In this way the skin is disinfected. This is a normal, temporary response.

Mud Foot Cream: Apply the foot cream twice a day and when itching. Avoid scratching. 

ATTENTION: Do not use products on open wounds.
