Day Cream

A good day cream protects your skin against harmful external influences, moisturizes the skin and prevents skin aging.

How much cream should I use at a time?

If you're using a moisturizer that suits your skin type, an almond-sized amount should be enough for your whole face.

If you use too much: Overdoing moisturizer can make your skin shiny and lead to breakouts. It can also feel heavy on your skin and make it harder to put on your makeup.

If you use too little: Your skin may feel tight, flake, and look dull because it's not as hydrated as it could be.

How can I best apply the cream?

Preferably use a spatula or a spoon instead of your fingers to apply your day cream. This extends its shelf life. Then massage the cream with your fingertips into the skin with upward movements.

At what age should I start using a Day Cream?

It is never too early to start using a Day Cream. When you start taking care of your skin at a young age, you invest in your future. Young users best start with a special facial cream for young skin. From the age of 20 you can switch to an anti-aging Day Cream which suits your skin type.

Which Day Cream is best for my skin?

Determine your skin type and decide whether you prefer to use a separate day and night cream or a 24H cream. With the day creams you will find an overview of different creams that are suitable for the various skin types. There is less variation in Night Creams. In the product descriptions you can find out for what type of skin they are suitable.

Should I use the same day cream throughout the year?

Your skin is not always the same. Even in another season, your skin can react differently. Adjust your Day Cream to your skin. Especially in winter, your skin has different needs than in summer. While in winter your skin needs protection from wind and cold, during the summer it needs protection from the sun and dehydration.

How can I best store my Day Cream?

Close the pot or jar after use and store it at room temperature in a dry, dark place. Protect the cream from extreme temperatures and keep it in a cool place during the summer. In this way your Day Cream will last the longest.
